How we manage your data
Rothley Ivanhoe Tennis Club collects your data via ClubSpark, a system made available through the LTA enabling membership administration and court bookings. We collect data for the purposes of supporting members to play tennis and participate in social events we organise.
We recognise the role the Committee and other key volunteers have in managing and using this data.
In February 2026 the Committee agreed an updated policy. We are developing guidelines for volunteers and information we need to provide to members and other players regarding how we manage your data.
